Where is Windsor Palms located?

It’s near the intersection of Highway 192 and Formosa Gardens Blvd., approximately 4 miles from Walt Disney World.

What phone calls are free?

Local and U.S. long distance calls are free. International guests may also make limited free calls to numbers outside of the U.S. Guests will be responsible for charges above $10 billed to the condo’s phone for non-U.S. calls made during their stay.

What options are available for accessing the internet?

If you have a laptop computer, you may bring it and use free DSL service at the condo. The Windsor Palms Clubhouse has a Business Center with computers and printers. The charge is approximately $10 per hour for use of the computers in the clubhouse.

Are sheets, towels, and cooking utensils provided in the condo?

Yes.

What kind of supplies do I need to bring?

Soap and toilet paper are provided in each bathroom; you’ll probably need to restock. Please bring shampoo and other toiletries. A sundry shop is available in the Windsor Palms Clubhouse and grocery stores are nearby.

How will I obtain a key to the condo?

Instead of a key, you will be given a unique combination for a keyless entry system. You will go straight to the condo, avoiding the lines or extra mileage involved with picking up a key at an office. This combination is good only for your stay, so previous guests do not have this combination or a key.

How will I get to attractions?

Guests usually find it most convenient and economical to drive. A shuttle to Disney World and Universal Studios is also available.

Is smoking allowed inside the condo?

No, in accordance with Florida law, guests may not smoke while inside the building.

What parking is available at the resort for my vehicles?

A parking lot is available for your automobiles. Overnight parking is not permitted for motor homes, recreational vehicles, buses, boats, trailers, or commercial trucks.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, the Board of Directors for Windsor Palms Condominium Association added restrictions to the pet policy. Guests staying less than 90 days are not allowed to bring pets.

What’s the procedure at the Clubhouse’s theater?

A large selection of movies is available and a daily schedule is published. You can view a film at the time already scheduled, or set a time to watch the same or a different movie. There is no charge for attendance.
