Rates do not include 13% tax and are subject to change until reservation is confirmed. There is a 6 night minimum during the following holidays: Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve. During other times, a $70 cleaning fee is charged for a stay less than 6 nights.

Discounts for Returning Guests
Because there’s so much to see and do in the Orlando area, we expect you’ll want to return. For their second and subsequent visits, guests at Florida Fun Condo will receive a 15% discount off nightly rates.

Making Reservations
- View Availability Calendar.
- E-mail rob@floridafuncondo.com with desired dates and the number of guests.
- You’ll receive a reply with rental contract.
- Reservation will be confirmed after signed contract is returned and $250 deposit is charged.
Terms and Conditions
Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Guests who cancel reservations 30 days or more prior to check-in date will be charged a $75 processing fee. Those canceling reservations 21-29 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of 25% of total rental amount. Guests canceling reservations less than 21 days before planned arrival date will not receive a refund.
Charge card must be given for security deposit. Guests are responsible for any damage above normal wear and tear during the rental period. They will be notified of any charges within 30 days of departure
